We are looking for a professional who wants to join our Finance and Accounting team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Track purchase orders. * Control and reconcile tax documents against purchase orders. * Receive, review, and record supplier invoices. * Manage control spreadsheets. * Verify prices, payment terms, and related documents. * Request and track credit notes when applicable. * Maintain up-to-date supplier databases. * Coordinate with warehouse and accounting teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows. **Requirements:** * Required qualification or studies: Certified Public Accountant. * 2 or more years of experience in similar positions. * Experience with accounting software, invoicing, and credit notes. * Strong interpersonal skills, experience managing supplier relationships, and analytical capability.
