At Mallplaza, we are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager. What is the role’s mission? We seek a professional with strong teamwork skills, accountability, and rigor. Responsibilities: * Responsible for reviewing specialty projects for commercial premises and/or modules across various business lines, ensuring compliance with operational standards defined in the Specialty Design Criteria Manual and other relevant safety and risk prevention criteria, among others. * Contribute — through effective management and cross-departmental coordination (including mall teams) — to meeting the company’s established facility activation deadlines. * Timely submission of additional installation requests as required by projects. * Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, identify gaps, and verify proper execution according to approved plans. * Perform acceptance reviews of completed works, verifying as-built drawings, certifications, and field installations against approved project documentation. Requirements: * Degree in Civil Construction, Electrical Engineering, Construction Technician, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
