The primary mission of this position is to lead the data transformation and management initiatives that power the Contact Center’s channel platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating, cleaning, and transforming data from diverse sources using modern tools and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Additionally, you will act as an agile methodology advocate to accelerate the delivery of solutions that enable real-time identification of deviations and ensure compliance with key performance metrics. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** **Data Management:** Collect, integrate, and clean data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. **Data Architecture:** Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and optimized databases. **Data Pipelines:** Create and maintain data pipelines using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) or ELT techniques. **Analytics and ML:** Apply data processing techniques to uncover insights and implement algorithms or pseudo-machine learning models to extract patterns. **Visualization:** Create accessible reports using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI. **Agile Collaboration:** Participate in improvement projects by collaborating with business and technology teams under agile methodologies. **Security:** Adhere to security and privacy policies when handling and storing data. **To succeed in this position, you need:** A professional degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. Required Experience: - Databases: 1–2 years as a Database Engineer (SQL, NoSQL, ER modeling). - Cloud: 1 year as a Cloud Data Engineer (design and implementation on AWS, Azure, or GCP). - ETL/Big Data: 1–2 years of experience as an ETL or Big Data Developer (Hadoop, Spark, Python). - BI: 1 year as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst. Advanced proficiency in SQL and NoSQL. Intermediate/advanced level expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Power BI.
