Design, model, and implement operational and business processes that integrate people, systems, and Artificial Intelligence, using the methodology defined by Management, with the objective of generating sustainable business value and ensuring integrity, maturity, and scalability. Design or redesign processes with an omnichannel perspective aligned with the bank’s defined operational model. Use Generative AI tools (LLMs/Prompting) to accelerate TO-BE redesign proposals, focusing on strategic validation of BPMN models and omnichannel integration. Ensure correct implementation and process integrity, guaranteeing proper integration of AI/Automation models at critical points during and after change implementation. Identify and quantify operational risk of user stories (HdU) predictively, proactively feeding the mitigation matrix and proposing mitigation plans. Generate an operational debt matrix, prioritizing items according to predictive risk and impact quantified by Process Mining models. Ensure scalable designs incorporating AI-Driven capabilities to secure business sustainability. Capture and document business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE) using AI agents (Generative) to facilitate analysis and continuous improvement. Measure and monitor process operational metrics (e.g., service delivery capacity, cycle times, rework) assisted by AI, freeing up time for strategic deviation analysis. Implement process changes, evaluating operational effort and potential risks; ensuring operational readiness and operational risk mitigators. Develop the change plan jointly with the People Management team to organize implementation and training. Collect information, advise, and provide inputs to the Product Owner to generate User Stories. **To succeed in this position, you need:** Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with knowledge of information technologies. Data analysis using statistical tools. Proficiency with tools such as ARIS, Bizagi, Power BI, and/or Process Mining tools. Knowledge of the CANVAS methodology for service elicitation. Experience in agile and waterfall project management.
