Description **Offer** Carry out the following activities: * Monitor the network in real time through various established and current managers or KPIs for this purpose. * Detect and diagnose incidents in services or network elements. * Execute actions or procedures that allow first-level resolution of incidents to restore service operations. * Escalate incidents, when required, to resolution groups within the network management department. * Track incidents, performing the role of Incident Manager for incidents detected, diagnosed, and escalated. * Document executed activities. * Ensure 7x24 operational continuity. * Develop solutions using tools such as Python, AI, and Analytics to enable autonomous network operation and thereby add value to the monitoring function.
