**ECOLAB CHILE GAIN EXPERIENCE PROGRAM**
**About the Program**
At Ecolab, we understand how difficult it is for recent graduates to find their first professional experience, as most companies require candidates with prior experience—making this process longer than expected and frustrating for many. Therefore, we would like to introduce you to our Gain Experience Program, designed for regular university students in their final three years of study. Through this program, students can gain experience within our company by developing a project aligned with their field of study—and best of all, while gaining this experience, you will have a formal 1-year employment contract with us, on a part-time basis, and enjoy our company benefits. This way, you’ll still have time to continue your university classes.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Support preparation and coordination of product launches and updates.
* Support implementation of marketing strategies—including product management, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans, and future product development—to manage the lifecycle of a product or product category.
Brand Building
* Proactively suggest marketing strategies and tactics that align with business and product objectives and enhance Ecolab’s brand reputation and customer experience.
* Evaluate marketing tactics—including messaging and creative elements—against brand strategy to ensure consistency.
* Example: Work with corporate accounts, industrial technical consultants, and industrial marketing to ensure supporting materials.
Marketing Strategies and Tactics / Analysis and Insights
* Support establishing clear metrics and processes to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing tactics and programs.
* Support analyzing and use your knowledge to identify business threats and opportunities.
* Understand business drivers, metrics, and issues that may affect the business.
* Identify the need for research and communicate it to the team.
Growth and Innovation
* Support conducting analyses to help develop annual plans, contributing to product lifecycle management and business innovation.
* Build effective working relationships with members of cross-functional teams.
