R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking an **Advisory Manager** to join an important Infrastructure Area bidding process in the Maule Region. **Estimated contract duration for the bid: 32 months.** To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements: * University degree in Civil Engineering (any specialty) or Architecture. * At least 8 years of general professional experience since date of graduation. * Specific experience required (mandatory): * Minimum of 4 years in direct supervision roles for construction projects in the public or private sector, or in Management and/or Administration of Construction Contracts during the Construction and/or Operation/Exploitation phase, in large-scale and complex projects and/or public-use buildings as defined by the General Urbanism and Construction Ordinance (OGUC). * 3 years of experience leading teams of professionals. * Desirable: 1 year of experience in the development, execution, or review of engineering, architectural, or construction projects for healthcare facilities actually built with a minimum area of 30\.000 m², providing medium to high-complexity closed-care services, including at least: inpatient hospitalization, emergency department, surgical blocks or operating rooms, and imaging facilities. ("Actually built" refers to projects that have received official acceptance from the respective Municipal Public Works Department.
