**Senior Technician – Quality** **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify and report proper management of deviations in quality assurance and control processes. * Supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in the processes and products under the technician’s responsibility. * Collect information and conduct analysis of root causes of deviations from quality processes. * Generate, analyze, and report statistical indicators and data related to errors, efficiency, compliance, and performance of quality management. * Support continuous improvement of quality assurance and control processes. **Requirements:** * Senior Technician degree from an institution officially recognized by the State. * Minimum of **4 years of relevant experience** in quality assurance and control functions. * Certification in **ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)**. * Certification as **Internal Quality Auditor**, based on standard **ISO 19011**.
