Main responsibilities: "Provide a warm welcome to visitors arriving at the building through dedicated and friendly service." * Attend to building visitors, performing the corresponding registration process on the platform. Contact each reception desk to confirm visitor access. * Support evacuation procedures in emergency situations, guiding users to safety zones according to established protocols. * Attend to and receive suppliers, ensuring proper referral to the corresponding department. * Efficiently resolve access-related issues according to established protocols. * Perform administrative tasks related to visitor control and entry. Desired requirements: * Technical Higher Education degree in Hospitality, Secretarial Studies, Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer-facing roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Las Condes (Alcántara Metro Station).
