Supervising and overseeing customer service to deliver high-quality service. Scheduling staff shifts via the internal system to comply with current legal requirements. Periodically coordinating current product displays according to criteria defined by the Company. Processing requests for compounded prescriptions, verifying their cost, submitting them to the Compounding Pharmacy, subsequently receiving the prepared products, checking their formulation against the prescription, contacting the customer, and requesting pickup or delivery. Continuously reviewing pharmacy supply and material requisitions through the system to ensure smooth operations, thereby controlling appropriate usage and avoiding disruption to pharmacy management. Placing orders via the system to maintain adequate product stock levels, enabling sales and preventing stockouts.
