KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Accurately plan and execute all projects, thereby meeting both operational and legal business demands, enabling business operations continuity and improvement. * Manage and implement projects comprehensively for the P&S Line, ensuring fulfillment of all agreed-upon commitments. * Foster synergies across different product lines and support areas, promoting teamwork. * Develop the project’s work breakdown structure; manage schedule and identify risks, implementing mitigation plans to ensure service continuity and profitability. * Anticipate potential deviations or situations that may jeopardize fulfillment of client commitments, detecting and communicating them to relevant BLMs or management, recommending changes or adjustments to establish a resolution strategy. * Establish the contract execution team according to the project schedule, identifying each required role in collaboration with support areas. * Ensure all service activities comply with strict safety protocols, environmental regulations, and corporate standards YOUR PROFILE:* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years’ experience leading projects and managing teams. Proven ability to manage complex service contracts and lead cross-functional teams in remote and high-demand environments. * Experience in mining projects and automation services (desirable). * Experience in Project Management. * Knowledge of project management tools. * Advanced English level (desirable). * Willingness to travel within and outside Chile. * Residence in Santiago.
