Propose improvements and management indicators based on data analysis. **Confidential** May 12, 2026 ### **Production** #### **Key Points** castro Full\-time To be agreed upon Indefinite Vacancies: 1 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** We seek to incorporate a **Quality Control Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards at every stage of the production process — from washing to dispatch — guaranteeing in-process control and proper execution of each task from its origin. Main responsibilities: * Manage quality control on-site for each production process. * Ensure compliance with defined controls and identify new critical points within processes and sub-processes. * Validate controls performed during process execution. * Supervise correct application of procedures and protocols according to process, product, customer, and work teams. * Lead and coordinate the quality control assistants team. * Distribute inspections based on workload and criticality level. * Verify correct generation and traceability of quality control-related records. * Continuously train teams on customer requirements and internal standards. * Detect deviations, raise non-conformities, and halt processes when appropriate. * Coordinate corrective and improvement actions with the Quality Management department and involved supervisors. * Propose improvements and management indicators based on process data analysis. * Collaborate closely with Production to ensure compliance with operational requirements. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and information confidentiality. ### **Job Requirements** Technical or Engineering degree in: Quality Control, Industrial Processes, Aquaculture/Fisheries, or equivalent experience in salmon farming networks.
