The main objective of this position is to lead the assigned department and work team, ensuring achievement of the team’s sales targets and maintaining the quality of service delivered to our customers.
Are you up for the challenge?
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Analyze yesterday’s sales by category and subcategory, compare with KPIs, and review and report on merchandise stock levels to achieve forecasted sales.
* Verify proper product display and make necessary adjustments to boost sales.
* Ensure correct pricing implementation according to promotions, clearance events, and discounts (labeling, signage, and product grouping).
* Address customer inquiries regarding products and the sales process.
* Request returns from suppliers when necessary.
* Conduct and oversee weekly inventory counts, assigning staff accordingly.
* Identify best-selling and overstocked products, making display decisions to increase sales.
How does this sound so far?

* Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration Technician, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
* Have prior experience in similar roles.
* Have experience in commercial areas and leading work teams.
* Possess intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Hold permanent or temporary residency, with documentation confirming application for permanent visa status.
* Bonus points if you have experience working in Retail and/or Mass Consumption.
