Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience at the basic education level, preferably in educational institutions with an inclusive and formative focus. Main Responsibilities: Design and implement didactic lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum that promote meaningful learning across subject areas. Submit lesson plans and updates to the Area Director or Coordinator, recording pedagogical activities in the digital class register. Continuously and formatively assess the teaching\-learning process, providing timely feedback to students. Implement inclusive strategies and curriculum adaptations responsive to students’ educational needs. Foster a participatory, respectful, and holistic learning environment for children’s integral development. Actively participate in cycle meetings, faculty councils, training sessions, and institutional activities.
