A recognized company supplying JUNAEB requires hiring a Supervisor for School and Childcare Services whose objective will be to manage and coordinate activities to ensure continuity of the contracted service. This role will operate across various locations in the Biobío Region Functions: * Manage contracts using best practices. * Manage human resources within the contracts. * Supervise duties and activities of assigned personnel. * Perform administrative management (reports, invoice-purchase control, sales guides, orders, stock control, financial statements). * Analyze and monitor daily input costs. * Verify that implementation at facilities meets requirements in quantity, quality, and timeliness as established in awarded contracts. * Coordinate special events. * Train staff on-site on standards, procedures, and recordkeeping according to operational manuals. * Maintain warehouse inventory and report surpluses or available products.
