All of the above must be carried out in compliance with the procedures and standards of the kitchen and grill/griddle established by the Company. Likewise, they will be in charge of planning kitchen and grill/griddle staff tasks, assigning duties, coordinating orders and supervising their work. Additionally, they must maintain the necessary kitchen stock, complying with safety and cleanliness standards. Obligations: 1\.
