For our client — a company specializing in vertical transportation and people-movement products and services — we are seeking to integrate students enrolled in evening programs or recent graduates with technical training in mechanics, electricity, electronics, mechatronics, robotics, or automation (or related fields) into their technical team in the southern region, to participate in a 6-month trainee program. The primary responsibility of this position is to support technicians in executing preventive and corrective maintenance of vertical transportation equipment (e.g., freight elevators, passenger elevators, escalators, etc.). **What does the trainee program entail?** * Participate in training at the company's central office in Santiago (one month) * Support and accompany site visits to customer facilities to respond to on-site equipment evaluation requests * Assist in preparing service reports or technical visit reports * Execute preventive maintenance processes for marketed equipment, following mentor instructions * Support commissioning of marketed equipment at customer facilities **What are we looking for?** * Students or recent graduates with technical training in mechanics, electricity, electronics, mechatronics, robotics, automation, or related fields * Availability to work 32 hours per week, with potential to progress as a Junior Technician **What do we offer?** Ongoing training, mentor support, and opportunities to continue as a Junior Technician with rotating shifts based on performance upon completion of the 6-month trainee period.
