A salmon company is looking for an IT ASSISTANT who will be responsible for providing computer support for software, hardware, and the use of production management systems remotely and/or on-site to different areas of the company, maintaining a focus on quality and customer service. Main responsibilities: * Provide support for the entire administrative and productive platform owned by the company regarding the use of information and/or production management systems. * Provide user support for required needs through tickets, as well as perform on-site or remote support at different branches as needed for users within their assigned area. * Perform setup of new equipment for users and conduct corresponding training sessions. * Carry out physical hardware maintenance according to the department's schedule. * Perform computer and phone asset control through IT support. * Manage escalations or request new equipment in case of technical failures requiring greater intervention. Requirements: * Education: Technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analyst, or similar. * Basic knowledge: client operating systems, Office software, printer installation, network cabling. * Basic level of Office. * Basic experience in user support (verifiable).
