Selection Process: SHIFT SUPERVISOR ELEAM TRIAGEN is a senior residence located in the Alerce sector of Puerto Montt, with capacity for 16 residents. We are seeking a SHIFT SUPERVISOR to join our team. Position Objective Ensure proper operation of the assigned shift through coordination and supervision of the caregiver team, guaranteeing quality of care and compliance with clinical and caregiving protocols. Requirements \- Higher-Level Nursing Technician Degree (TENS). Mandatory \- Minimum 5 years of work experience. Mandatory \- Prior experience leading or coordinating teams.
