**Join Castaño!** **Castaño**, a leading company recognized in the food industry, is looking for an analytical and creative **Portfolio Manager** to join the **Marketing Management** team. **Your mission:** Conduct strategic quantitative analysis of product portfolio performance across different business lines, generating key insights to support commercial decisions, identify opportunities, and evaluate initiatives. **Your main challenges will be:** * Analyze sales performance of the product portfolio across different business lines (channels). * Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations on product and channel performance. * Monitor and evaluate initiatives implemented in stores (pilots, activations, graphics, etc.). * Collect and interpret store sales data, trend analysis, gaps, and variations across channels. * Participate in designing models to track pilots and promotional campaigns. * Identify growth or efficiency opportunities based on data analysis. Manage with suppliers the efficiency, recurrence, and validity of sales data * **What do you need?** * Education: Commercial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in commercial analysis, category management, or business intelligence within fast-moving consumer goods companies. * Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. * Power BI or Tableau certification (desirable).
