Job Mission Supervise the logistics operations at the plant and/or cold storage facility, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation of finished products, adherence to internal procedures and regulations, and efficient logistics operations. Main Responsibilities * Monitor daily inventory reserves, anticipating product needs based on sales requirements and operational planning. * Issue documentation for dispatch of finished products (fresh and frozen), ensuring compliance with deadlines and logistics procedures. * Supervise product loading onto trucks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and loading/unloading guidelines. * Support execution of logistics processes related to land transportation, complying with current regulations and company guidelines. ### **Job Requirements** Reside in the area or nearby regions Academic background: Intermediate or higher technician in Logistics, Administration, Food Science, Industrial Refrigeration, or related field. Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. Technical knowledge: \- Sanitary and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, GAP, GHP). \- Food processing and cold chain. \- Logistics processes for product dispatch. \- Proficiency in MS Office tools at basic\-intermediate level. ### **Benefits
