Job Summary: Implement and maintain in-store displays according to visual and commercial standards to optimize space allocation and attract customers, thereby supporting sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define physical display spaces in the sales area. 2. Implement campaigns and special events. 3. Coordinate display maintenance and apply visual guidelines. Mission: Implement and maintain in-store displays according to Visual and commercial standards, aiming to optimize space allocation within the sales area, attract customers, and support sales conversion. · Responsibilities: - Define physical display spaces inside the sales area. - Implement campaigns and special events in Dimarsa sales areas. - Maintain displays according to commercial and visual standards. - Coordinate display maintenance performed by store staff. - Implement visual guidelines and instructions in stores (featured products, display composition, supports used in implementations and POP materials, suggestions for product combinations and color schemes). · Requirements: - Technical degree in Industrial Design or related field (not mandatory). - 1 year of experience (not mandatory). - Knowledge of Visual Merchandising, Handicrafts, and Design. - Competencies: Creativity, Autonomy, Ability to work under pressure. - Residency in Region X. - Availability to work as a pre- and post-natal replacement.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Institute / Technical Training Center.
