Project and Field Studies Engineer – Collahuasi Mine Role Objective: Responsible for generating, organizing, integrating, and managing the planning transformation process—covering both KCH and KMC—to ensure contract transition and transform the planning area into a cross-functional unit. To achieve this, the role must establish necessary processes along with KPIs and management indicators. Key Responsibilities: Develop and standardize necessary processes to ensure maintenance activities are executed in a controlled, efficient, and low-variability manner. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as implementation of the preventive program and its associated actions. Develop management dashboards enabling staff to visualize operational goals and work cohesively toward their achievement. Implement and maintain visual process management to facilitate understanding, tracking, and internal communication. Prepare management reports reflecting process progress levels and ensuring effective communication both internally and to the client. Develop and maintain standards defined by CGR across the company’s various business lines. Strengthen the learning management system to ensure continuous and consistent staff development. Establish metrics and KPIs for process performance control and monitoring. Implement visual management to clearly monitor and communicate indicators and process status.
