**JOIN NEWREST!** **Food Supervisor – Calbuco, Los Lagos Region** Newrest, a French multinational with over 25 years of global experience and more than 15 years in Chile, a global leader in food service for industries such as Mining, Healthcare, Social Reintegration, and Education, is seeking a committed and proactive Food Supervisor to join its team in Calbuco. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor attendance of supervised staff. * Supervise and ensure compliance with the company's quality standards. * Develop and implement corrective action plans. * Replace the Contract Administrator during their absence. * Support administrative management of the contract. * Train staff on company standards and procedures. * Request raw materials considering seasonality, price fluctuations, and cost control. * Use tools such as frequency charts, portion weights, Recipe Master, and service structures. * Supervise the self-service area, ensuring high-quality customer service and availability of supplies. * Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Assume additional responsibilities within the area as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in Food Science, Hotel Administration, or related field. * Residence in the city of Temuco. * Knowledge of hygiene and sanitary practices. * Dining room service techniques. * Supply chain processes. * Proficiency in computer tools at user level. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising collective dining facilities. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night), on a 6x1 schedule. * Residence in Puerto Montt or Calbuco (mandatory).
