




Aramark requires Master Cook for an Important Mining Operation located in the I Region, 10x10 shifts, who must direct and control food preparation according to the company's defined standards of production, hygiene, quality, and safety, in order to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the consumer. Main responsibilities include: * Coordinate and control the preparation of products according to the company's standardized recipes across various service areas (cold kitchen, hot kitchen, pastry, bakery, special services, etc.), ensuring service quality and maintaining production costs. * Lead their team to ensure production area efficiency by achieving results, high performance levels, and a work environment that fosters trust and commitment among staff. * Coordinate raw material orders according to meal planning to ensure production quality. * Perform tasks related to the job area as requested by supervisors, contributing to the achievement of departmental goals. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Gastronomy (Mandatory) * Experience in mining in this role or similar position (Mandatory) * Residence from Region III to Region V (Mandatory) * Foreigners only with permanent visa * Availability for shift system * Health compatible with the position.
