The purpose of this position is to lead and supervise quality management during the shift, ensuring compliance with the Quality Assurance Program (PAC), internal standards, current regulations, and food safety requirements, while promoting continuous process improvement and the development of the assigned team. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the Quality Monitors team during the shift. * Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Program (PAC), HACCP, POS, and prerequisite programs. * Supervise quality controls throughout the production process, manage deviations, and ensure implementation of corrective actions. * Prepare shift reports and monitor area indicators and records. * Ensure proper updating and management of quality system documentation and procedures. * Promote continuous process improvement and technical development of the team. * Coordinate with various operational departments to ensure compliance with established standards. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as regulatory authority requirements, as applicable.
