The position plays a key role in supervising and ensuring quality and food safety standards within operations, leading on-site teams and promoting continuity and improvement of production processes. Main responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the quality team during the shift. Supervise compliance with procedures, sanitary standards, and internal protocols. Identify deviations and manage corrective actions jointly with involved departments. Administer records, controls, and reports associated with the quality area. Coordinate necessary resources and supplies to ensure operational continuity. Maintain constant communication with various plant departments for proper execution of processes.
