At Culligan Chile, we are seeking a Warehouse and Technical Support Supervisor (Site Manager) for our Puerto Montt operation. This role will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the warehouse, inventory control, equipment refurbishment, and comprehensive administration of our local branch. What will be your main challenges? ✔ Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment, spare parts, and components. ✔ Maintain strict inventory control through ERP systems and cyclic inventories. ✔ Diagnose, repair, refurbish, and conduct quality testing on returned equipment. ✔ Manage the recovery and classification of reusable components. ✔ Administer daily branch operations, overseeing infrastructure, safety, and operational continuity. ✔ Coordinate logistics and administrative processes with headquarters. ✔ Promote high standards of order, safety, and efficiency in operations. **We are looking for candidates who have:** ✅ Technical or Professional Training, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Administration, Electromechanics, Electronics, Automation, or a related field. ✅ At least 3 years of experience managing warehouses, preferably in industrial, technical, or machinery companies. ✅ Demonstrable experience in repairing, assembling, or testing mechanical, electrical, or water and coffee dispensing machines (mandatory). ✅ Proficiency in inventory ERP systems (SAP, Softland, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and intermediate-level Excel skills. ✅ High autonomy, attention to detail, organizational capability, and problem-solving skills.
