General responsibilities: Administer, plan, coordinate, and supervise functions and activities of customer contracts at the Cargo Terminal. Control costs and expenses related to operations, generate income from customer cargo reception, storage, production, dispatch activities, as well as associated logistics operations. Produce management reports to evaluate monthly results, maintain direct and effective communication with customers, regulatory authorities, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety and risk prevention regulations. Identify opportunities for new clients to increase market share, take corrective actions in case of deviations from established targets. Requirements: Technical or Engineering degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Transportation, or Management Control, with at least 5 years of experience in related positions, experience in maritime, port, agro-industrial, forestry or other major industries in the region. Experience handling cargo (mandatory requirement). Knowledge of logistics processes, operations, and management control. Job type: Full-time Salary: $1\.600\.000 \- $1\.800\.000 per month
