Report to supervisor (warehouse supervisor/warehouse manager) any incidents or updates occurring during the workday. 2\. Coordinate the processes of order preparation, loading, and dispatch, reporting to the supervisor (dispatch area warehouse supervisor). 3\. Manage and coordinate daily dispatch execution and control activities; ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and promptly, informing management to take timely actions in case of deviations. 4\. Plan dispatch routes, including preventive checks to ensure compliance and determine the need for internal or external transportation. 5\. Perform controls on assignment, preparation, loading, and dispatch of customer orders. 6\. Comply with administrative procedures that ensure proper inventory, supplier, and customer management. 7\. Support daily warehouse operational tasks such as storage and receiving; reporting deviations to management for timely corrective actions. 8\. Maintain order and document control. 9\. Participate in inventory counts. 1\. Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members. ### **Job Requirements** Education: • Technical or university studies in logistics or related fields (Logistics Technician, Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management), administration (Business Administration, Industrial Business Management Engineering), or similar field. Knowledge: • Proficiency in Office – User level \- Mandatory • Proficiency in Excel – User level \- Mandatory • ERP knowledge \- Desirable • Warehouse management systems knowledge \- Desirable Skills: • Customer orientation • Clear and effective communication • Teamwork • Productivity • Flexibility Experience: • Minimum 1 year performing in this role. • Alternatively: 2 years of experience in similar roles or related activities, or a university degree in logistics. ### **Benefits
