This position guarantees the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (CMF & IFRS) and delivering critical reports to senior management, regulatory authorities, and the parent company. We seek a professional who can integrate quickly, maintain smooth operational processes, and provide sound technical judgment within a dynamic and structured environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, organize, and oversee the correct application of local and international accounting standards (CMF & IFRS). - Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to regulatory authorities, senior management, and the parent company in Peru. - Perform accounting adjustments to standardize information across group entities. - Maintain and update accounting policies and internal procedures, ensuring robust controls. - Provide financial analysis identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. - Prepare, analyze, and validate consolidated financial statements. - Draft consolidated balance sheets, notes, and cash flow statements. - Explain significant variances in the balance sheet and income statement. - Propose improvements to accounting processes and financial information systems. - Address accounting-related requests from internal and external stakeholders. **What do you need to apply?** - Professional degree in Public Accounting, Auditing, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in banking, fintech, or the financial sector. - Advanced proficiency in computer tools and accounting systems.
