





For one of our important clients in southern Chile (Confidential), with an office located in Puerto Montt, we are seeking a new **Compensation and Benefits Manager** to develop this area from the ground up. The position will be responsible for developing and managing the company's compensation strategy, ensuring the proper and comprehensive implementation of its policies. **Due to the nature of this role, we are seeking a highly ethical professional (verifiable as a requirement for applying).** **We are looking for** * A professional with 10 years of experience in HR. * At least 3 years of specific experience **designing, creating, and implementing compensation plans and salary bands.** * Civil Engineer, Business Administrator or related field; however, proven experience in the role will be valued even without these academic qualifications. * Experience leading project development or teams, as well as experience managing labor unions. * Knowledge and experience with tax and legal benefits, and with all responsibilities inherent to compensation roles (payroll, contracts, severance, deductions, etc.) **The ideal candidate must be:** * A positive leader with experience, integrative, and able to work effectively in a healthy, proactive team environment. * Strategic thinker. * Innovative in work approach, always oriented toward improvements for both the team and the company.
