Contribute to quality and performance while ensuring safety. **Confidential** September 03, 2026 ### **Operations** #### **Key Points** Puerto Montt Shifts To be agreed upon Fixed-term contract Vacancies: 1 #### **Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** You will be responsible for preparing, operating, cleaning, and verifying the operation of the machine during the production process, contributing to meeting volume targets, performance standards, and quality requirements, always ensuring personnel and equipment safety. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and operate the machine during the production process. * Perform basic electromechanical diagnostics and promptly report defects or malfunctions. * Carry out preventive maintenance and keep the machine in proper operating condition. * Record and review losses and associated causes related to performance and quality indicators. * Support training for machine feeders to improve results. * Clean and sanitize the machine. * Prepare shift reports on activities, deviations, and maintenance performed. ### **Job Requirements** Intermediate or professional technician in Electronics, Automation, or related fields. Up to 2 years of experience operating machinery. Knowledge of machinery and/or electronic devices. Familiarity with the salmon industry and processing plants (desirable).
