JOB OFFERING: CNC CUTTING TABLE OPERATOR (SHIPYARD) We are looking for a skilled technical professional responsible for leading the steel plate cutting process for vessel and pontoon construction. The mission is to ensure millimeter-precision fabrication of structural components using CNC technology. Main Responsibilities: * Machinery Operation: Management and operation of CNC cutting tables (plasma/oxy-fuel) to ensure continuous production flow. * Programming and Design: Use of specialized software such as AutoCAD, Pronest, and FastCAM for cutting job preparation. * Material Management: Inventory control, steel plate stock management, and material optimization to minimize waste. * Technical Drawing Interpretation: Advanced interpretation of complex structural drawings to ensure cut component quality. * Supervision: Attendance monitoring and personnel rotation across rotating shifts (if applicable to the cutting table supervisory position). Candidate Requirements: * Education: Higher Technical Degree in Metal Construction, Civil Construction, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years operating cutting tables in industrial environments, heavy workshops, or shipyards. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of metal structural fabrication processes. * Competencies: Strong focus on precision, order, operational safety, and teamwork capability.
