A leading national company located in Puerto Montt is seeking operators responsible for operating all automatic and/or semi-automatic equipment according to current work procedures, being accountable for their operation and maintenance in accordance with the autonomous maintenance plan. Lead various sub-processes, promote Kaizen, generate cards, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, presentation, and current regulatory standards. We are looking for candidates with training in: * Industrial Maintenance Technician * Instrumentation Technician * Mechanical Technician in Industrial Production * Industrial Automation and Control Technician * Instrumentation and Control Technician Requirements: * 3 years of prior work experience in Industrial Processes * Three years of experience in industrial processes * Knowledge of mechanics * Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Knowledge of industrial maintenance * Knowledge of metrology * Desired: Knowledge of TPM, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies
