We are looking for someone who not only masters processes but also drives **modernization and automation** within the team, bringing an innovative perspective and delivering concrete improvements. **Your mission will be:** * **Supervise and ensure accurate payroll processing**, guaranteeing calculation accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and consistency in reporting and documentation. * **Manage the complete employee lifecycle**, handling onboarding, contracts, leaves, vacations, modifications, and offboarding, always in compliance with current labor regulations. * **Promote digitization and process improvement**, actively participating in the implementation or upgrading of ERP systems and people management platforms to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks. * **Monitor personnel-related costs**, contributing to efficient budget management and supporting strategic decision-making. * **Design and analyze performance indicators**, driving continuous improvements that enhance process efficiency and quality. * **Provide guidance and support to internal teams**, resolving inquiries and offering practical solutions on labor and administrative matters. * **Coordinate external services and liaise with regulatory bodies**, managing audits, inspections, and other legal requirements. * **Collaborate closely with the People Management team**, participating in strategic projects and ensuring proper application of internal policies. * **Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation**, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and confidentiality. **Job Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or related field**, with at least **three years of experience in similar roles.** * Strong knowledge of **Chilean labor legislation** and experience with **ERP systems or people management platforms** – mandatory! * Experience in **digitization, implementation, or improvement of human resources systems** focused on streamlining workflows and automating processes is a strong advantage! * Proven experience in **budget monitoring, cost control, and performance indicators**, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement – mandatory! * We are seeking an individual with **strong analytical thinking, leadership skills**, and a clear **service orientation and passion for innovation**.
