Main Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the on-site team, ensuring compliance with company goals and standards. * Promote and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and site organization regulations. * Monitor workforce performance and manage improvement actions. * Maintain updated technical documentation. Job Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction. * At least 4 to 5 years of on-site experience (mandatory requirement). * Proven experience in Heavy Construction. * Experience in residential projects (mandatory requirement).
