Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, ensuring achievement of goals and company standards. * Promote adherence to safety and quality regulations at construction sites. * Monitor workforce performance and implement improvement actions. * Coordinate with administrative, warehouse, and prevention departments to ensure operational continuity of the project. Job Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction. * Minimum of 2 years of on-site experience (mandatory requirement). * Proven experience in Heavy Construction (HC). * Experience in reinforcement steel inspection and control on-site.
