The role will be key in ensuring proper model coordination and real-time project progress, from planning through execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading quantity takeoffs, discipline coordination, 3D coordination, 4D progress control, as well as implementing As-Built models. Additionally, they will work closely and collaboratively with design, construction, and client teams to ensure effective communication and a coordinated workflow. **Requirements:** * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in high-rise construction projects. * Advanced proficiency in Revit. * Proficiency in Navisworks. * Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments and with various project stakeholders.
