Currently, we are seeking an **OOCC Supervisor** to join a wind construction project near Calbuco, Los Lagos, with a minimum duration of 8 weeks and possibility of continuation. **Job Mission:** * Responsible for civil works related to wind turbine assembly, supervising timely and proper execution according to quality plans and safety measures. * Reporting, team meetings, supervision of various work fronts. * Efficiently supervise and control organizational resources, considering associated costs, committed deadlines, and personnel involved. * Ensure correct execution of works both in terms of timing and material quality. * Project cost and progress control, spreadsheet management. **What are we looking for in you to join this opportunity?** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in wind farms during construction phase (mandatory). * Valid driver's license (mandatory). **What benefits do we offer?** * Opportunity to join an innovative project in a growing sector. * 44-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 19:00 hrs and Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. * Company vehicle with fuel covered. * Accommodation provided in the area. * Opportunity for continuity and professional development based on performance. * Learning opportunity.
