We are seeking to incorporate a Maintenance Supervisor into our team in Chile at the Puerto Montt Alto Bonito Penitentiary Facility. **Job Description:** Organize the technical team by assigning tasks, materials, programs, and work instructions according to preventive or corrective activity schedules. Supervise technicians' adherence to work instructions and safety checklists specified in each service instruction. Verify on-site the proper use of materials and equipment assigned to technicians under supervision during task execution. Perform maintenance inspections as directed by the Maintenance Manager. Participate in the development of maintenance protocols and procedures. Respond to new maintenance requests from clients or other departments, informing the Planner and Maintenance Manager to generate corresponding work orders. Review activity reports submitted by technicians and prepare management reports requested by supervisors (costs, completed activities, planning progress). Review warehouse inventory to ensure availability of supplies and materials. Identify needs and requirements for materials and risk prevention equipment for area activities, and supervise compliance with applicable regulations. Identify maintenance department requirements, request materials from the procurement department, provide technical advice on supplier, supply, or equipment selection, and follow up on purchase requests or directly manage emergency purchases of supplies. Additionally, participate in the selection process for new technicians within the department. Review monthly utility consumption reports and attend meetings with the client to allocate respective costs. **Requirements:** **Profession:** Preferred qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Technical Studies **Specialization:** Industrial Maintenance (mechanics, electricity) At least 2 years of work experience.
