The main objective of this position is to support the human resources department in fulfilling its procedures. Responsibilities: \- Provide proper assistance to employees from their hiring through termination, clarifying questions, requests, complaints, among others. \- Ensure timely and accurate recording in the attendance control system for contractor personnel. \- Monitor on-site and continuously staff allocation within process areas. \- Issue daily staffing reports. \- Issue daily cafeteria consumption reports. \- Ensure compliance with filling out records established in the locker room area. \- Maintain control over supplies in the first-aid kit located in the locker room area. \- Maintain constant communication and supervision with external service providers such as security guards, cafeteria, employee transportation, laundry services, ensuring that services are properly delivered. \- Perform all necessary tasks required for proper, timely, and efficient fulfillment of duties assigned related to Food Safety. \- Does not include direct responsibility regarding processes and products in terms of Food Safety. Includes supervision of correct completion of records established in the locker room area. Requirements \- Technical or university studies in Business Administration or related field. \- Minimum one year of experience in the same role or similar functions. (Mandatory) \- Previous experience in customer service. \- Previous experience with attendance systems. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. \- Availability for rotating shifts.
