Coordinate with various departments to identify specific training needs. Supervise the implementation of training activities in Santiago and ensure compliance. Manage external providers of technical training. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training programs. Prepare reports on the impact of conducted trainings. Efficiently manage allocated resources for training. Ensure trainings comply with regulations applicable to the energy and natural resources sector. Candidate profile (Male/Female): The selected candidate must meet the following requirements: Professional degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Engineering. Knowledge of designing and implementing technical training programs. Prior experience in the energy and natural resources sector will be valued. Planning and organizational skills.
