We work diligently from reproduction to delivering premium salmon to our end consumer, feeding the world while safeguarding the future. **We are seeking our next First Center Assistant for the Agua Mar Center in the Aysén XI region, who can help us** subrogate the Center Manager in processes associated with the salmonid production cycle, ensuring production volumes meet agreed standards and timelines. **Your main challenges will be:** * Subrogate and manage center production, along with assigned human and material resources. * Administer and monitor center production data and key performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, environmental, and biosecurity policies at the farming site. * Monitor pens via cameras, controlling risks of feed loss and maintaining detailed records of fish feeding behavior. * Guarantee the operational status of remote feeding systems. * Maintain nets in proper condition according to established protocols. * Ensure adherence to current protocols and regulations. **What we look for in the ideal candidate:** * Higher education: Technical or University Professional degree with at least 8 semesters in aquaculture, fisheries, biology, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the role. * Availability to work 14x14 shift schedules. **We offer:** * Accommodation / Meals * Complementary health insurance and other company benefits. * And of course, the opportunity to work at a leading salmon industry company focused on sustainability, quality, and innovation, committed to its employees and oriented toward their personal and professional development.
