Description: Consolidate and manage the maintenance of master data, eliminating outdated entries and keeping the SAP system up to date. Create, update, and monitor the materials master and its respective updates. Support the preparation and proper execution of internal and external audits related to the materials master. Maintain organized and traceable records of all assigned processes, complying with defined standards. Create, modify, and adjust the materials master, raw materials, spare parts, and suppliers. Design and document processes and procedures for creating and modifying master data in SAP. Manage opportunities for non-centrally procured product creation and ordering, as well as samples and test materials. Conduct periodic reviews of suppliers, raw materials, and inputs in SAP—including their respective purchasing parameters and payment terms. Integrate master data processes with the group to identify collaborative work areas. Develop systemic processes enabling full traceability of master data creation processes. Support continuous improvement of departmental processes by proposing optimization initiatives. Candidate Profile (Male/Female): The selected candidate must meet the following requirements: Education: Degree in Computer Science and Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 1–2 years in master data or materials master areas. Technical knowledge: SAP, Advanced Excel, Power BI (Power Apps is desirable). Availability to work on a project basis.
