Together, we can transition toward a more sustainable, equitable, and balanced protein production system. **What You’ll Do** You will lead the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain, ensuring an efficient operation that balances customer service levels with cost optimization. You will be responsible for coordinating key areas including customer service, planning, warehousing, and logistics—acting as the connecting point between Commercial, Procurement, and Operations. Additionally, you will manage operations across different time horizons (short-, medium-, and long-term), ensuring operational continuity while driving structural improvements in processes, efficiency, and supply chain performance. **Who We’re Looking For** We seek a candidate with strong leadership capabilities and a holistic view of the supply chain—able to manage complex operations and make strategic decisions. Ideally, someone with: * End-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain management experience * Background in planning, logistics, and operations * Ability to lead cross-functional teams * Focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency * Skill in engaging with multiple stakeholders (Commercial, Procurement, Operations) * Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution **You’ll Also Need:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles managing end\-to\-end operations * Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Experience managing KPIs (service level, inventory, logistics costs, forecast accuracy) * Proficiency with planning tools (ERP, SAP, IBP, etc.) * Experience managing supply networks and multiple plants/regions * Project management capability (CAPEX / continuous improvement) * Advanced English proficiency **What You’ll Receive** As part of Nutreco, you’ll become a member of the SHV family—a diverse group of companies with a global presence.
