Your primary challenge will be … Ensuring operational continuity and functional support for SAP processes, and guaranteeing the quality, consistency, and governance of Master Data (customers, vendors, materials, plants, conditions, accounts, etc.). **Main Responsibilities** Respond to and resolve SAP incidents and requests within SLA; diagnose issues and coordinate with technical support. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and define preventive actions. Monitor closings, postings, MRP, interfaces, and data loads; proactively address failures. Manage the master data lifecycle (creation/deletion/modification/extension) with full traceability and approvals. Define and maintain data standards (nomenclatures, catalogs, validations, duplicate control, and mandatory fields). Execute quality controls and data cleansing/normalization campaigns. Plan and execute tests (unit/integration/UAT) and support deployments using checklists; coordinate with AMS/consulting firms. ### **Job Requirements** University degree in Computer Engineering. At least 3 years’ experience as an SAP functional support lead or supervisor. Proficiency in 1–2 SAP modules (MM/SD/FI/CO); SAP master data and organizational structures; mass data uploads/LSMW (if applicable). Advanced Excel skills.
