The purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute technical service operations in workshop or field, ensuring an excellent customer experience and contributing to meeting the company's defined quality standards. **What you will do** * Coordinate customer service processes in workshop or field, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction. * Create and manage work orders (OT) in the system, tracking their completion. * Assign and supervise technician tasks, ensuring deadlines and service quality are met. * Manage spare parts supply, maintaining constant communication with the Spare Parts department. * Inform customers about progress, incidents, and additional requirements for each service. * Ensure timely closure of OTs, maintaining control over workshop production and performance indicators. * Promote long-term customer relationships, contributing to customer loyalty and business profitability. **About you** To be successful in this role, you will have: * 1 year of tenure in your current position. * A 2024 performance evaluation with a rating of “Achieved” or “Exceeded”. * Prior discussion with your manager regarding this application. * Technical or professional education in Automotive Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering. * At least 3 years of experience in technical or coordination roles within automotive, industrial, or heavy machinery service environments. * Customer service experience is desirable. * Intermediate-level knowledge of SAP and Office. * Service orientation, proactivity, planning skills, and ability to work under pressure. **Vacancy Information:** * **Workplace:** Temuco. * **Modality:** In-person. * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 to 18:15\.
