The ideal candidate must have experience in managing and supervising operations of assigned workshops in a specific area, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators, efficient use of resources, and adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** Graduate in Automotive Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Civil Engineering. 4 years of experience in similar roles. Valid Class B driver's license. Proficiency in SAP. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Experience in creating and analyzing dashboards and reports using Power BI. 2\. Advanced Excel skills for database management. 3\. Ability to generate periodic key indicator reports for the Regional Manager. 4\. Ability to supervise and manage workshop workloads, ensuring efficient distribution of work order priorities. 5\. Experience in monitoring vehicle repair and maintenance processes at assigned workshops. 6\. Capacity to generate and manage overtime reports for workshop staff. 7\. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase satisfaction levels among internal and external customers. 8\. Support the Regional Manager in operational and administrative tasks related to workshop management. 9\. Use and management of ERP systems, preferably SAP, for resource management and planning.
