The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, results-focused, and possess outstanding management skills. Your role will be pivotal in guiding prospects throughout the entire evaluation, contracting, and initial payment process—ensuring a fast, clear, and frictionless experience. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate prospects by requesting documentation and verifying compliance with established criteria. * Manage the end-to-end contract process: sending contracts, digital signing, initial payment collection, and coordination of apartment handover. * Maintain and audit an up-to-date prospect backlog across its various stages (received, under review, approved, pending clarification). * Analyze reasons for contract non-completion and propose process improvements where appropriate. * Draft supplementary agreements, changes of tenant/guarantor, and renewal contracts (ensuring 95% are signed before the new term begins). * Remove expired contracts within 48 hours. * Ensure timely responses aligned with established SLAs for evaluations and contract processing. * Record and manage all actions in our internal software, maintaining complete and up-to-date information. ### **What Do You Need to Apply?** * Higher education degree in business-related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related disciplines). * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in customer service or client support. * Familiarity with administrative processes, document verification, or similar activities. ### **What We Offer** * A dynamic work environment with an innovative, continuously learning team. * Benefits including additional vacation days, co-payment for supplementary health insurance, annual IPC-based salary adjustments, company performance bonuses, and more. ### **Requirements for Internal Candidates** * Must have worked at Assetplan for a **minimum of one year**. * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI compliance**. * **Transfers to positions with lower remuneration are not permitted.** * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with your CV attached and the applied position stated in the subject line
